Monterrey, Hurricane Emily 2005

This was the bridge connecting the counties of Monterrey and Guadalupe.
Due to some movement caused by the strong current of the Santa Catarina river, a liquefied natural gas duct was ruptured and there was an explosion and fire. The displacement of the columns of the bridge rendered it too unsafe and it was decided the bridge needed demolition, this is the process.

The food is fresh from the day. They ran out of everything daily before heading home.
On the top they display de the names of the "guisos" still available and they remove those signs as they finish the day's supply. No leftovers to root like in the big chain restaurants.
